Data Architect- OIG (TS/SCI required)

IT Concepts Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Data Architect to support the Office of the Inspector General at the Defense Intelligence Agency. The Data Architect will be responsible for researching, recommending, and implementing solutions across a wide range of technologies. They will also provide training to the office as a whole and senior personnel on technology capabilities and business process best practices.

Work Location: Onsite- Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, DC. or Reston, VA

Requirements

You meet our "must haves" if you have:

• Top Secret/SCI security clearance and be willing to take and pass a CI polygraph
• 5+ years working in the IT/Sys Admin field with a broad field of knowledge
• Excellent at identifying and solving problems
• Capable of researching complex problems and finding solutions
• Experience conducting training sessions to all levels of capability
• Ability to express complicated solutions and capabilities in a non-technical way
• Experience working with and briefing senior echelons
• Experience creating Quick Reference Guides, Job Aides, and other training material
• Experience with Microsoft tools and technologies to Include SharePoint (2013,2016, and 2019), Power BI, Visual Basic, and others
• Team management skills in support of a small group of personnel with varying skill sets
• Familiarity with using and managing metadata
• Familiarity with implementing and managing governance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (highly preferred with no certifications)
• DoD IAT level II or higher certification such as CompTIA Security+
• Experience with Splunk or similar capability
• Experience with Tableau or similar capability
• Experience with AWS design and implementation
• Experience implementing JavaScript, CAML queries, and REST services
• Experience with SQL or similar database capability
• SharePoint site collection administration experience
• Experience working in support of Government agencies
