The data architect is a critical role that will be part of a team defining and implementing a new ERP platform working with data analyst, master data management and other data architects working on other transformation initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

The Data Architect's role is to develop and maintain the high-level design plan and design and put them into actionably plans to be implemented. This individual will provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from strategic decision making as it relates to architecture, down to the project planning level.

• Ensure Data Governance / Best Practices are implemented and followed
• Data planning, strategy, and execution for the SAP system
• Create ETL designs & builds
• Maintain a repeatable data load and migration process for SAP implementations
• Assist Data Lead - SAP & data migration team with master data and transactional data loads
• Transform Data from Legacy System to SAP loadable values
• Architect data transformation from Legacy System into SAP system
• Design and coordinate automated data loads via SAP or other automated tools
• Work with BPOs & business SMEs to verify data and troubleshoot/correct errors
