You will lead and prioritize operations automation and data projects through various stages, from ideation to development and evaluation, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements. Also, you will act as the primary point of contact for data-related matters, aligning data requirements for the area. Support in high-level data analysis and report generation to provide valuable insights.

As an Operation Automation Lead, you'll be responsible for:

• Establish a fluent and clear communication with the leaders and stakeholders from the Product and Development team. Make use of management skills to quickly come to agreements and unlock projects/processes.
• Design and develop product automation and data tools with Python, Apps Script, etc.
• Project management initiatives: Automation for Ops & Fulfillment
• Follow up and support on the main projects (Automation, reports, and data) to ensure the accomplishment of due dates and the achievement of aims.
• Support the area operation with diverse reports and automation that help decision-making.
• Define and communicate the OKRs of the area and plan the activities to achieve the goals of the quarter.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data analysis methodologies, tools, and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data-driven decision-making.
• Reunite and communicate the area necessities and best interests to the corresponding teams and Managers (Act as the primary point of contact for data-related matters)
• Improve communication channels and manage inter-area projects to ensure optimal results.
• Monitor and Improve the team performance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, tools, and project progress, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.

• Experience working with SQL, Google Sheets, Science / Analytics models, Phyton, JS, and Google Analytics 4.
• 4 years of experience as an Automation or similar positions. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Self-driven, constant learner and motivated to give the best of himself.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced English and Excel level.
