Overview: Ace Stainless Supply is seeking a meticulous and innovative Data Scrubbing Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. The ideal candidate will handle data scrubbing scraping image management and AI exploration in accounts payable and accounts receivable. They will also play a key role in managing part number datasets and ensuring seamless data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Scrubbing and Scraping: Clean and organize data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Scrape data from various sources to maintain up-to-date records. Manage image data ensuring it is correctly associated with relevant entries.
- AI Exploration: Explore and implement AI tools to enhance data processing efficiency. Apply AI techniques to streamline accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Part Number Management: Manage and standardize part number datasets. Create part number guides to ensure consistency across products. Monitor data loads and pricing structures to maintain accuracy.
- System Oversight: Understand how the system works and assist the sales team with correct order entry. Help push data through the system and become the controller of the data. Create a data vault to prevent unauthorized downloads of website information. Monitor and report on data processing activities.
- Support and Training: Assist with phone systems to ensure seamless interaction with team members. Provide training and support to team members on data-related processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in data processing and management.
- Experience with data scrubbing scraping and image management.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business processes.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
