Job Description: 

We are seeking a Construction Program Manager for our Data Center Construction team, who will be instrumental in managing our data center projects' inception to completion phases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and understand the intricacies of data center power and cooling infrastructure.

Required Skills: 

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, and commissioning of completed facilities.
  • Manage project controls team, including conducting reviews.
  • Conducted detailed negotiations with contractors, evaluated bids/proposals, and developed project scopes and requests for proposals.
  • Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, supporting renovations and upgrades to existing facilities.
  • Plan and schedule equipment maintenance, allocate project resources and create maintenance strategies.
  • Analyze technical information to support project solutions and assist in establishing project goals.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data center construction and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a demonstrated ability to develop presentation materials, lead and facilitate team meetings sessions
  • Possess exceptional client and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, and continue to meet all deadlines, while remaining flexible with continually changing priorities
  • Be motivated, flexible, and a “team player”

Salary Range: 

  • $180,000 - $225,000 per year
