Data Conversion Associate

Customer Success Department:

The Customer Success Department is vital for our company, reactively assisting our customers by troubleshooting and/or providing information regarding the software. Whether it's a quick fix or a multistep process, each customer problem will require creative thinking, soft skills, and expertise to solve. It is essential to work with different departments to ensure the software functions to its full capacity and to delight our customers.

Purpose:

Our Data Conversion Associate is responsible for performing data migrations from our server-based software to our cloud platform as well as exporting data from our server-based software. This is done via scheduled appointments. The position is based in San Diego, CA with a hybrid work schedule (2 days per week in office).

Areas of Accountability:

• Customer Success: The Data Conversion Associate will provide an exceptional customer experience with great communication skills, both written and verbal, timely and urgent response time, thorough product insights, and results driven problem-solving skills.

• Project Management: The Data Conversion Associate will manage daily migration/export appointments within the time allotted.

• Time to Complete: Strong time management skills is crucial as well as a high attention to detail and the desire to learn.

• Experience with SalesForce, MSOffice, Windows troubleshooting, and Microsoft SQL Server

At Integrated Practice Solutions, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $33,050-68,650 for this position.
