Position Summary:
The EAM (Enterprise Asset Manager) Data Coordinator's prime responsibility will be the data entry of new items, structures, preventative maintenance templates and schedules, and other data into the ERP system, required to support the implementation of EAM for Maintenance. In executing these tasks, the EAM data coordinator will work closely with Business Process Management, BSTT, and the Maintenance department to ensure all data is accurate.

Requirements

- Enter new Items in IFS
- Create structures for Maintenance Assets or functional objects in IFS
- Enter Preventative Maintenance Templates and Schedules into IFS
- Work with Maintenance teams on validation of data entered

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with deadlines
- Strong organization skills
- Mathematical Skills - Basic skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
- Computer Skills - Proficient in software skills including Microsoft Office, Access, Outlook. MAS500 a plus.
Education required:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
