Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to integrate our team:

• Acts as a point of contact between the technical team and the business areas;
• Analyzes business needs with users in order to understand their requirements and processes;
• Writes user stories in the development cycle management tool (DevOps) and validates the understanding of requirements with users;
• Works closely with the technical teams (architecture; engineering; security and data) to: discuss the development options that can be implemented; ensure that the technical team has a clear understanding of the business needs; monitor development work and report problems that affect quality or fail to meet business needs; validate the functional test plan, including regression tests, delivered by the testing team; escalate risks and problems appropriately to the vertical's Tech Lead.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in functional analysis (experience in the banking it's a plus);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Curiosity and critical thinking;
• High level of autonomy and proactivity;
• Proven experience in the banking sector;
• Familiarity with Agile methods, especially Scrum (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of SQL syntax is an advantage.
