Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on technical professional to support our Data Enablement Application Development team for a client in New Jersey. The role will require collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including teams in offshore, and ownership of critical processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support data enablement applications using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with external vendors and assist in managing various workstreams.
• Execute project plans, connect with stakeholders, gather feedback, and define next steps to drive progress.
• Work closely with the offshore team to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Take ownership of specific processes, relieving the client of day-to-day operational management.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise while demonstrating curiosity and a proactive approach.
• Create and deliver presentations (PPT) to communicate progress and technical insights effectively.
• Explore opportunities to incorporate Generative AI solutions where applicable.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in developing technical applications.
• Prior exposure to Generative AI is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects with excellent execution and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ownership of processes with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for learning.
• Experience working with offshore teams is preferred.
• Technical skills are a must; project management skills are nice to have.
