We're growing quickly, so you'll need to define, implement, and scale the systems and processes for delivering insights to colleagues across the organization. You'll be a phenomenal fit for this role if you have a strong bias towards action and enjoy finding patterns amidst chaos, making quick decisions, and aren't afraid of being wrong.

On Your First Day, We'll Expect You To Have 2-3 Years of Experience with the Following:

• Experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Looker, and Google Data Studio
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data governance best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug data pipeline issues
• Experience with cloud migration, including migrating data and systems from on-premises to the cloud
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Experience with designing and implementing data architectures for big data analytics
• Ability to translate data-driven insights to end users or key stakeholders

It's Great, But Not Required If You Have

• Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing and deep learning is a plus
• Experience working with data governance and compliance regulations is a plus
• Experience with data security and encryption methods
• Proficiency in at least one marketing automation tool such as Salesforce, etc.
