We are looking for a results-oriented Data Engineer who will be responsible for helping build our data pipelines and will be also participating in setting the right Infrastructure and developing the needed tools for our Analytics

Duties and responsibilities

. The role requires you to:

• Discover, gather and address technical and design requirements

• Help architect our data platform & develop real-time apps ingesting large volume of data

• Handles our data pipeline and contribute towards our data strategy and its execution

• Architecting, building, testing & managing our data platform infrastructure from data collection to data processing & data storage

• Develop, customize and manage integration tools, monitoring tools, databases, warehouses, and analytical systems

Qualifications

4 year bachelors degree required; MIS/Finance/Accounting/Computer Science degree preferred.
Datawarehouse design experience required.
SQL language andor knowledge working with database applications is required.
Proven experience in understanding data flows between systems.
Knowledge of one or more ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, etc.) is required.
Experience with one or more programming languages(Python, Java, R, or similar) is ideal.
Business Intelligence tool experience required. Tableau experience preferred.
Experience with other enterprise Dashboard and Reporting tools such as Oracle, Redshift, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, etc. is a plus.
Experience with Databricks a plus.
Knowledge of one or more Big Data platforms a plus.
Tableau administration and governance experience is a plus.
Ability to adapt to change, encourage collaboration and work with other teams.
