About You

Team:We are a diverse team of Data Scientists and Engineers in device manufacturing (drug-device combination products). Our mission is to transform raw data into useful systems, supporting Digital Transformation & Acceleration Initiatives in partnership with Sanofi IT.

Role:

As a Data Engineer, you will build, manage, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and GxP requirements. You will provide architectural insights and promote best practices, acting as a key interface for data and analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and optimize data pipelines.
  • Automate data preparation and integration tasks.
  • Collaborate with data science teams and business analysts.
  • Ensure responsible data use through governance and compliance.
  • Promote data and analytics capabilities within the organization.

About You

You have a big-picture view of data, able to design Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and ETL processes to meet business goals.

Education and Experience:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data-driven projects.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:
  • Pragmatic problem solver.
  • Strong communication and business understanding.
  • Innovative, service-oriented, and a team player.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Python and other scripting languages.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, AWS, ELT, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, Airflow, Informatica IICS, Databricks, Delta, and Glue is a plus.
Languages:
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
