A Little About Us:
Yahoo's data warehouse team manages a petabyte warehouse to glean insights on Yahoo Media products and to improve the experience for its massive user base. The team interacts and works across multiple organizations at yahoo to grow user engagement and user experience across yahoo's product portfolio. Your work will directly influence product changes and you will work some of the brightest engineers you have known to improve the user experience on yahoo properties and contribute to company growth. Along the way, you will solve problems for an Internet Pioneer, that is hard to match in the industry.
Responsibilities:

• Design, build and launch efficient & reliable data pipeline and data processes in production
• Perform data analysis to generate business insights
• Work with Product owners, Engineers, and Analysts to understand product goals and data needs
• Build data expertise and own data quality for allocated areas of ownership
• Manage data warehouse plans for a Yahoo products
• Support critical data processes running in production

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science.
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python
• Experience in the Analytics and data Pipeline(AWS, GCs, Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig, Hive)
• Experience of database systems, SQL
