Data Engineer I/II - Hyperion

Here is the Job Description:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience with EPM products

Maintain and support Oracle Hyperion's EPM suite including Essbase Planning Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and FDMEE

Strong knowledge of databases for maintaining Hyperion applications

Experience with migration activities using LCM

Hands-on experience with migrating Hyperion applications from older versions to newer ones

In-depth technical expertise with Essbase Planning FDMEE and HFM applications

Collaborate with functional teams to understand and document end-user requirements

Perform technical requirements gathering and analysis and provide time estimates and work plans for system changes

Conduct unit testing and support/coordinate end-user acceptance testing

Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and user satisfaction

Prepare clear technical documentation including specs test planssystem architecture and analysis as needed

A strong understanding of financial data and business processes is essential

Working knowledge of the Hyperion EPM suite (HFM Planning Essbase) and related tools such as EIS EAS FDM/FDMEE and Smartview

Ability to apply critical thinking to problem-solving

Capable of translating end-user requirements into effective solutions

Experience with Hyperion Enterprise or similar tools is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication

Outstanding time management problem-solving and teamwork abilities
