Job Description
Imagen enables Primary Care providers to become technology-enabled multispecialty practices, powering a successful transition from fee-for-service to value-based care. About our Medical Device Data Team
Our medical device data team is a small, high-impact team that owns the data infrastructure and pipelines that drive development of our AI models. This team builds tools to provide efficient, clean interfaces to medical imaging data and metadata for both model development as well as our clinical trials. This team is ideal for someone with data infrastructure experience, as you will play a big role in the development of our next generation of AI-powered medical devices.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Hands-on, high-impact contribution to a major evolution of our data systems as we prepare for the next magnitude of scale and prepare to build products that work on more advanced medical imagery.
- High-quality execution and teamwork. Our teams work on a variety of products, including experiences for doctors, deep data pipelines to power training of ML models (~10^8 images, petabytes of data), and first-of-kind AI medical devices to reduce misdiagnoses and improve the patient experience
Qualifications:Â
- Mission-driven and passionate about building technology that will directly save patient lives
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and hold ambiguity, navigating and communicating short- and long-term trade-offs
- 2+ years of professional software development experience with exposure to a diverse set of data systems
- Good judgment, and a sharp thinking cap
- BS in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable experience
