Job Description
SixGen is looking to hire a savvy Data Engineer to join our team. As a data engineer you should be able to perform end-to-end systems engineering for data flows from the perspective of data format modeling, data mapping, and support to implementers and mission customers. You will perform high level data requirements and analysis to support application of data standards across the enterprise. You will need to be able to coordinate across teams that leverage multiple development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban and integrate tactical data architectures into enterprise data representations or formats to produce outputs to support multiple system architectures. This includes systems and data architecture and integration, data modeling, and data mapping in direct support of enterprise technology leadership.

TS/SCI (eligible for CI Poly)
Requirements
Ability to analyze and support application of data standards and requirements
In depth knowledge of data tools, architectures and integration, enterprise data and multi system architectures, data modeling and data mapping
Ability to navigate knowledge sharing networks and information to resolve conflict in a constructive way
Understanding and application of IT, requirements, technical architecture analysis, data flow and system architecture diagrams and functional system analysis
Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies across multiple teams
Knowledge and use of corporate architecture and tools that are utilized for data analysis and modeling
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED plus 6-8 years of exp
Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of data engineering exp
Masters Degree or PhD may be substituted for 2 years of exp.
