Job Description

You will be joining a team of performance-driven Willowers, backed by the most advanced technology the built world has ever seen.
This role will manage the development and contribution work of delivering dashboards in the Willow Application. The lead will be responsible for the Snowflake data pipeline and takes a broader look at data quality across the company. Additionally, you will lead the development of machine learning techniques aimed at building baseline and anomaly detection models for use of our real time rule engine.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 2 software engineers, one focused on BI development and one focused on Snowflake development.
- Ensures security best practices are followed within their team by creating, maintaining, and receiving approval for threat analysis documents.
- Works closely with product managers and designers to align technical efforts with product goals.
- Communicating plans and progress to other teams, along with organizing, writing, and reviewing RFCs created by their team.
Requirements
- Expertise in the Business Intelligence and Data Pipelining is required for this position.
- Hands on commercial experience with Snowflake or Azure is a must to be considered for the position.
- Experience with delivering products in the respective areas is strongly preferred.
- Working in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions and sprint review sessions.
