What will you do?

• Data Pipeline Development: Design and build sustainable data pipelines for both batch and streaming data processing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Data Transformation: Develop transformation logic using Apache Beam and Apache Flink to ensure data is structured for optimal analysis and reporting.

• Game Events Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new game events, contributing to solution design, development, and deployment for data processing. Ad-Hoc Reporting: Create and manage ad-hoc analysis reports and complex SQL queries to support various business needs.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring and adopting new technologies and best practices to enhance our data architecture and boost team productivity.

• Operations Support: Maintain and improve existing data operations by introducing new tools and developing additional pipelines.

What are we looking for?

• Cloud Infrastructure: Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure on GCP and/or AWS, with a preference for familiarity with cloud data warehousing solutions like BigQuery.
• Programming & SQL: Strong SQL skills with solid experience in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or a similar language.
• ETL & Data Integration: Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines and data integration solutions, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
• Software Engineering Practices: Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, continuous integration, testing, and thorough documentation.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively express ideas and collaborate with different teams and disciplines.
• Proactive Team Player: Self-sufficient with a strong sense of initiative, you thrive in a team environment and are not afraid to take on challenges.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in Game development, knowledge of key technical and performance KPI
• Russian language proficiency
• Work experience with remote teams

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 3800-4700 monthly gross.
