The PMC & Material Clerk takes responsibility for supporting with Document Control activities, procuring and managing office supplies, PPE and tools for the PMC & Material team, attendance tracking, preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, standardizing reports, and unifying data output. The position also involves minute-taking during meetings, compiling production data, and organizing team-building activities.

Responsibilities:

SOP Management:

• Collaborate with the DCC to assist in the modification and upkeep of SOP in coordination with technicians and engineers.
• Standardize all related SOP and form format, updating the template when needed.

Procurement:

• Source, Order and Manage office supplies, tools and PPE for the Department.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain attendance records, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Prepare meeting minutes and ensure accurate documentation of discussions.
• Organizing and maintaining departmental files and documents.

Data Compilation:

• Gather and summarize production data for review and analysis.
• Keep and maintain data and record in the shared folder.
• Team Support:
• Assist in organizing and preparing team-building activities.
• Facilitating communication between various departments as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate's degree with 1+ years' experience as a clerk, worked in fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing) and English highly preferred.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skill with electrical, mechanical components preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
• Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
• Must be self-directed and able to work with little supervision.
