Job Overview:

Perform data entry activities. The Data Entry Specialist may also perform basic administrative tasks. Temporary data entry requirements to assist with the upload of Contracts/applicable documents into the CLM system (Contracts Management System). This is a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
• Look up data in a contract and then load it into a system
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Organize and interpret data to prepare clear and concise reports and documentation.
• Temporary data entry requirements to assist with the upload of Contracts/applicable documents into the CLM system (Contracts Management System)

Basic Qualifications:

• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
• Must have critical thinking
• Ability to work to time constraints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
• Communicates information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
