Resposibilities

• Utilize online tools to verify and accurately determine customer coordinates based on provided addresses.
• Work closely with team members to streamline and optimize coordinate verification procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry processes.
• Respond promptly to any address-related inquiries or discrepancies.
• Meet established deadlines and contribute to the overall efficiency of delivery operations.
• Handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Document and report any recurring address-related issues for continuous process improvement.
• Uphold confidentiality and data security standards throughout the verification process.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to read and interpret addresses effectively.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software/tools.
