Description:

The Data Entry Associate is responsible for accurately entering and updating data into the company's database or systems. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure the integrity of the data. The Data Entry Associate will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate data processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from source documents into the designated database or system accurately and efficiently.
  • Review data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information and correct as necessary.
  • Verify accuracy of entered data by comparing it with source documents.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining data standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Generate reports, summaries, and other documentation as required.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance data entry skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Able to take continental shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related role.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
