What We Need

We are looking for a Data Entry Associate who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

Are you:
  • Experienced in data entry and keying with a high level of attention to detail?
  • Able to provide a high level of customer service and support?


As the Data Entry Associate, you will work cross-functionally to service our clients in the vehicle acquisition process. This role will play a critical role in customer accuracy and services. You will need the ability to communicate effectively, pay close attention to detail and ensure data is entered and received accurately.

A Day in the Life
  • Input and verify vehicle pricing data, process documents for the Title and Registration of new vehicles.
  • Package and mail documentation accurately and timely
  • Initiate requests to various departments within the organization for client information
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor


Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Strong problem solving skills/ability
  • Strong PC skills with speed to effectively manage high volumes of documents and information
  • Experience in professional business setting
  • Required to work in person at the Sparks, Maryland office in person, Monday - Friday
