Data Entry Clerk

Flatiron Venture Partners, a leading venture capital and private equity firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of investment data and transactions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the fast-paced world of venture capital and private equity while contributing to the success of our firm.

• Enter and update investment data into our database
• Maintain accurate and organized records of investment transactions
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in preparing and organizing investment reports
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes
• Respond to inquiries regarding investment data from internal stakeholders
• Support the team with ad-hoc data-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
