As a Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. In this role you will execute administrative functions with focus, speed and precision.

What you'll do...

• Initiate internal project starts, interfacing with internal stakeholders
• Enter/update customer, property and billing related data in Salesforce
• Process cancellation requests when projects cancel prior to being delivered
• Assist with special projects across the organization, primarily for the operations department
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
What you offer us..

• Experience in supporting administrative functions, preferably in the areas of operations or data entry
• Salesforce and Excel experience a plus
• A high degree of comfort and demonstrated proficiency with technology
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written skills
• High learning agility and ability to operate in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Ability to easily adjust to change
• Team player with a high degree of professionalism

What we offer you...

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $50,000 - $55,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
