Team: ~14 people, working towards achieving the goals and outcomes of the client's Transportation Electrification Plan(s) that include planning, managing, and supporting the TE Load coming to the grid. We are developing, launching, and implementing TE Programs for residential and commercial customers that are electrifying their vehicles.

Job Description

• Primary customer contact and coordinator for a fleet electrification project.
• Coordinates all projects with customers and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.
• Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
• Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
• Coordinates project with external customers as well as internal cross-functional departments. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within project management.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Operates independently but also received guidance and direction from others.
• Reports to Manager of Transportation Electrification Business Programs.

Day in life:

• Data entry, data mining, research. Using existing data and systems to search for viable utility poles that we can install L2 pole chargers on.

What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? The role will have a lot of interaction with hiring manager and 2 other Muni Program team members

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience OR
• High school diploma + experience
