Data Entry Task Manager
The Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in refugee resettlement and integration support efforts, collaborating with federal, state, and local governments, NGOs, non-profits, resettlement agencies, and community organizations. This position ensures accurate and timely data entry into statewide databases, offers consultation to partner staff, maintains meticulous records, and supports data analysis for program improvement.
Compensation & Benefits:

Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for the oversight of all program data for refugee cases entered in statewide databases, ensuring all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Provides ongoing consultation and assistance to resettlement partner staff.
• Responsible for compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of all data for individual refugee cases before entering them into databases.
• Maintains logs of all activities and completed work for case management caseloads.
• Maintains a detailed and organized storage process to ensure all data entries are complete and accurate.
• Participates in providing supporting information for data analysis and identification of trends in the program.
• Works collaboratively with Resettlement Agency to support the overall team goals.
• Collaborates with local health departments, social services offices, mental health providers, school systems, and other service providers to establish referrals when appropriate.
• Ensures language and cultural competency, mental health, and social services in support of the program.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Data Entry Task Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
• Bachelor's Degree in social work, counseling, or related fields preferred or at least 2 years of professional experience in case management services or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual communication skills are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via oral and written means.
• Ability to present a positive demeanor to individuals, their families, staff, supportive services personnel, and the general public.
• Ability to remain calm during difficult circumstances and emergencies.
• Able to effectively manage significant documentation and data.
• Advanced knowledge in utilizing Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint, Access, Visio.
• The ability to successfully pass a drug screen and a federal background check is mandatory.
