The role, at a glance:
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for compiling, evaluating, comparing, and entering data in various systems and business tools. They are also responsible for organizing data in a meaningful way for consumption of information and system import/uploads by creating work templates to standardize tasks.Â
How you'll contribute:
Accurately enter data into ERP or other systems/tools for project based work or standard tasks.
Verify source data is correct and accurate before entering into various systems.Â
Obtain data from source documents and ensure consistency.Â
Compile data in meaningful ways and evaluate for accuracy across systems.Â
Respond to requests for information by providing relevant files.
Review data for discrepancies or inconsistencies to locate and correct data entry errors.Â
You'll also support with:
Provide status updates to key stakeholders as needed.Â
Lead or assist in projects as assigned by Supervisor.Â
Lead base data cleanup projects.Â
A successful candidate should have:
Associate degree (2 year) in Information Technology or Computer Science.Â
Three (3) years of data entry experience.Â
Two (2) year working with computer systems/databases, ERP knowledge is highly desired.Â
High proficiency of MS Excel (including pivot tables, pivot query, various lookup formulas).
MS Office Applications (Outlook, Teams, Power BI, etc).
Organizational skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.Â
Ability to organize data and files for quick access.Â
Strong Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Â
Ability to work independently, without direct supervision, and as a part of a team.
Work environment:
This is an onsite position based in Tigard, OR.
Routine use of standard office equipment
Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time.Â
A typical schedule may be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, may be required to work earlier hours as needed to coordinate with global operations.Â
