OVERVIEW:
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering financial data correctly and accurately into a proprietary software program to allow automotive dealerships to calculate retail and lease finance deals.
What You’ll Do:

• Complete numerical data entry in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Prioritize daily work in a logical and orderly manner.
• Must have analytical data entry skills and learn continually as programs change and update.
• Able to take information, retain, and assist team members with new lender updates and information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and be able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate, show initiative, and be willing to perform duties like doing lender data and re-checks.

What You’ll Have:

• High School graduate or GED
• Analytical data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Must be very detail-oriented
• Shows a positive attitude, is adaptable, and possesses a strong work ethic
• Displays excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation:

• $15.00 per hour.
