Data Entry Specialist (Hybrid)

Job Description

Job Summary (General Responsibilities):

Responsible for all order management, including purchase orders, customer returns, and samples for the Belkin, Phyn, and WeMo divisions.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Transfer all data from hard copy to a digital database in Oracle and Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Maintain customer profile up to date with current information
• Search for and investigate information contained in files
• Organize hard copies into SharePoint for auditing purposes
• Provide data entry support across the organization
• Verify outdated information and make necessary changes to records
• Manage high-volume data transfer

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Preferred minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Skilled customer service advocate
• Experience in Microsoft Suite of Programs with advanced skills in Excel

The starting base salary for this position is:

$32,400

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
