Summary:

The Paid Acquisition team's mission is to attract the most relevant job seekers to each job in our marketplace, using paid partnership channels. This is a cross-functional team (Backend, Full stack, ML, Product) working on data-rich products. Our team has a unique opportunity to work on applications and data at scale, serving millions of jobseekers and tens of thousands of customers. We're working on building an efficient marketplace of jobseekers and employers. We are looking for someone who is smart, scrappy and fun to work with to come join us as our first data analyst.

Key Focuses:

• This role will be about leading our analytics-related efforts and answering business questions while thinking of the right questions to ask.
• Conduct research to find new  growth opportunities
• Help define and analyze A/B tests
• Work closely with R&D and product to define new data collection processes 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or MS.C in Exact Science/Economics/Engineering degree
• Statistics knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of SQL
• Great communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Friendly and a Team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python/Pandas/Spark/Jupyter notebooks
• Experience as an analyst
• Experience in digital marketing
• Basic coding/scripting knowledge
• Familiarity with Big Data/NoSQL systems/BI systems
