First San Francisco Partners is seeking positive, highly effective communicators, that can lead without authority and have a passion for engaging with business, IT and C-suite stakeholders on Data Management projects.   We are seeking 1099 contractors to grow our pool of talent to support our client engagements. Roles that we are seeking include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Data Governance
- Business Analyst (with Data background)
- Data Governance Analyst
- Metadata Analyst
- Lead Master Data Management
- Master Data Management Architect
- Data Quality Senior Analyst
- Collibra Architect
What You Should Have:Â
- Experience in data consulting work; must be flexible and willing to use FSFP methodologies and templates.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in data governance
- Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations
- Adaptability, to join different project teams and be able to hit the ground running
- Outgoing personality to effectively connect and communicate with consultants and clients at different levels. Ability to explain value of data management to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in business analysis: gathering data, synthesizing information, forming insights and providing feedback.
- Experience with Collibra a plus; Collibra Rangers are a ++
- Availability for the full length of a project, and during business hours of the (US) client’s time zone. You must be able to join Zoom video meetings as needed with a steady internet connection.
- Ability to work remotely as well as travel to a client site in the US if required (clients are not currently requesting this)
- Certified Data Management Professionals (CDMP) are highly preferred
- BS/BA degree required
This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity and candidate qualifications, such as skills, experience and education.Â
