Data Governance Sr Analyst

Take-Two develops, publishes and markets some of the world's biggest games. We publish products through our labels Rockstar Games, 2K, Ghost Story, PlayDots, Social Point as well as Private Division label and Nordeus. Our Rockstar label creates Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption, two of the most critically acclaimed gaming franchises in history. Our 2K label creates games like NBA 2K, WWE 2K, Bioshock, Borderlands, Evolve, XCOM and the beloved Sid Meier's Civilization. Our Private Division label publishes Kerbal Space Program, Ancestors and The Outer Worlds.

• Facilitate monthly Data Governance Organization meetings.
• Maintain Data Governance policies and standards documentation and make it accessible across the organization.
• Understand current companywide metadata management practices; data dictionaries, business glossary, lineage (semantic, technical).
• Help govern reference data sets; participate in the creation of new ones when necessary.
• Identify opportunities and processes to ensure data meets the following characteristics, including but not limited to: accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Partner with project managers to confirm new systems and processes adhere to and support governance policies.
• Interface across all organization levels comfortably with internal business and technical stakeholders.

• BA/BS required
• Passion for data and how to make it easy to find, understand and use
• Attention to detail and the ability to find data quality issues
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping deadlines
• Proficient to strong excel and PowerPoint skills
