We’re looking for a Data Hygiene Specialist to support MNTN’s Revenue Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleansing and maintaining data quality across MNTN Revenue team’s data sources. You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders on the MNTN's Revenue teams to ensure the integrity and hygiene of their data and the data process.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with MNTN Revenue teams to understand how their data is used, structured and implemented across the organization
- Enhance the CRM database through ongoing cleansing of data helping to ensure entries are free of duplicates, contact and lead records have current and accurate information, and enhance additional key data
- Spearhead data cleansing efforts and help implement data quality protocol as needed
- Coordinate and maintain predefined schedules for the processing of data, including following up on missing or incomplete information from both internal and external sources
- Maintain data quality across MNTN Revenue team’s data sources
- Flag data anomalies and propose suggested resolution or explanation for discrepancy
- Leverage Salesforce to create operational reports for the various MNTN Revenue Teams
- Begin to analyze data to better inform Stakeholders and influence business decisions and outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with data in operations supporting Revenue teams preferred.
- A problem solver with a passion for data and data hygiene in support of driving business decisions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in team environment while also building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Able to work on critical processes which needs dive deep and attention to details.
- Proactive with deliverables and display Ownership.
- Provide guidance and support with queries from teammates.
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
