We in the Data Integration Services team are responsible for the automated Custom Data Integration (CDI) service which rosters Renaissance sites nightly using data from a district’s student information system. As a Data Integration Setup Coordinator I, you will work with districts to implement new integrations and work with existing sites on large setup changes!
As a Data Integration Setup Coordinator I, you will:
- Act as the customer-facing liaison of data integration, assisting districts with initial implementation
- Provide customer support assistance (e.g. communicate, investigate, and resolve customer issues)
- Advise districts on Renaissance standard processes as they pertain to integration (roster setup and reporting)
- Understand Renaissance products, rostering and reporting data requirements, as well as custom Data Integration services
- Attend training sessions, review deployment updates, define and deliver customer work requests to the programming team
For this role as a Data Integration Setup Coordinator I, you must have:
- 1 year or more of experience in customer and technical areas of Renaissance Learning; or Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, CIS, or related field; or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Technical knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and CSV / txt files and excellent technical customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to offer consultative guidance, solve problems creatively, and make solid decisions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as manuals, directions for working with different Student Information Systems, and departmental procedures
Bonus points for:
- Knowledge and experience with Renaissance products
- Experience with Putty/WinSCP
- Experience with various data integration methods, SIS Software Vendors and data providers like Clever

Salary Range: $42,200 - $57,950
This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
