Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour, and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As a Data Integrations Engineer, you will join a team of data integration specialists and be a key player in the successful implementation of client projects, reporting to the Integrations Manager. You will play an integral role in the delivery of our SightMap and Unit Map products to customers by acting as a primary interface and communicator between our customers, partners, and third-party data vendors throughout the product life cycle for all matters related to our REST API and integrations.
What you'll do...

• Use PHP and APIs to combine data sources/feeds, set up processes for testing, and custom integrations
• Work closely with our Integrations Manager to create various documentation and reporting
• Create unit tests for API coverage and proactive monitoring of issues, escalating to the Integrations Manager as needed
• Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of several concurrent projects.
• Respond to and manage client inquiries/issues and support tickets, as needed
• Perform and/or oversee the onboarding of new availability providers to the platform
• Manage and complete all aspects of implementation projects including Analysis, Design, Implementation, Support, and Documentation
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Integration, and Technical teams to design & configure solutions for project goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned. May perform special projects upon request

Requirements
What you offer us...

• Strong PHP development skills and an understanding of REST APIs
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred
• Understanding of industry best practices specifically related to ITIL Foundations, System Development Lifecycle (i.e. Agile Framework or Waterfall Methodology)
• Able to lead and oversee multiple projects across diverse skill sets and stakeholders, defining expectations and completing deliverables and objectives that deliver value and achieve continuous customer satisfaction results
• Critical thinking and ability to manage dynamic, fast-moving enterprise environments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven success in collaboration and relationship building
• Able to recognize and capitalize on opportunities for improvement that lead to increased customer satisfaction while respecting project constraints
• Experience with technical system development, system solution implementation, and/or system integration

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $75,000 - $85,000. The final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
