Once Saputo has identified new item SKUs, the Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for all activities related to setting up that SKU. New item set-up requires being very detail-oriented and practicing critical thinking and project management skills to manage many new items at any given time and ensuring these items are set-up in a timely manner.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Set up all new items from initial review, to record maintenance, development tracking and finally active, finished good SKU.
• Process, edit, analyze and interpret incoming Global Product Lifecycle Management system (GPLM) requests, supplying missing or incorrect information for new product setup.
• Maintain accurate SKU data in SAP (Enterprise Resources Planning system), including product elements, production types, sale and product attributes, code date parameters, etc.
• Develop deep knowledge of how all product elements affect cross-functional departments (accounting, QA, packaging, procurement, sales, plants, etc.) to ensure smooth set up of new and maintained items.
• Participate in weekly calls to address open GPLM requests and elevate awareness of problematic GPLM requests to ensure development tracks to schedule.
• Understand, create, and maintain GTIN assignment correctly by product and brand. Identify inconsistencies with GTIN data and determine course for correction when needed.
• Maintain and contribute to SharePoint files and records for team members ease of use.
• Based on information provided, must have ability to draw logical conclusions to make appropriate decisions and seek guidance where necessary.
• Establish and maintain on-going relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have

• 3-5 years of experience in the business environment, supply chain experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, related field or equivalent work experience.
• The ability to organize and analyze information in order to draw logical conclusions leading to business appropriate decisions.
• Working knowledge of Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) and Universal Product Codes (UPCs) preferred.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, ever changing, problem-solving environment.
• Are exceptionally detail oriented with a natural penchant for critical thinking.
