Data Lead - Finance Transformation
Job Description
The Finance function has launched a Finance Transformation programme. The programme has recently commenced with a Discovery phase to aid the scoping and forward planning required to launch a full-scale transformation programme. At the same time there are 3 high priority projects that are commencing simultaneously with the Discovery work.
The role will work with the internal IT architects and systems owners to understand and support on documenting business and data process flows as well as integrations and identifying further opportunities for further automation and remediating current data flows.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Data Lead , you'll be doing the following:Â
- Identify and scope data related work. Review and build out the data related plans addressing data cleansing, master data requirements and potential ongoing governance requirements.
- Provide input to the scoping and setup of EDM within the Consolidation system to future proof the deploymentÂ
- Support delivery of the three projects mentioned above from a data scoping, cleansing and implementation perspective.
- Taking the lead in the Discovery phase and subsequent recommendations to identify Data related scope, potential solutions, plans, resourcing etc that inform the overall roadmap for the relevant scope area’s identified.
What We're Looking For:
- Data management, data diagnostic and integration expertise
- Development and use of data analytics tools to enable data quality metrics and hygiene management
- Direct experience in the setup of Master data management practices
- Knowledge and expertise associated with setup of global data governance model
