POSITION TITLE: Data Management Administrator

LOCATION OF POSITION: India

REPORTING TO: Assistant Systems Operations Manager

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Provide back office purchase order and systems data management functions to Kontoor Brands’ sourcing business using state of the art Enterprise Resource Planning platform to generate and sustain business growth. Significant knowledge and experience in SAP system usage, purchase order process flow and customer service skills will be acquired though on the job training while contributing to the success of a world class supply chain product procurement operation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

You will be critical in delivering these activities but not limited to: 

• Perform master data maintenance in SAP S4 and Supply Chain Management systems (NGC & Logility SCM)
• Create and maintain purchase orders in SAP S4 and Supply Chain Management systems
• Compile purchase order and master data in Excel spreadsheet for uploading to purchase order systems
• Ensure service requests are acknowledged and completed according to service level agreement
• Communicate with internal IT team or external vendors to address system issues
• Generate operational and analysis reports for user and management review
• Participate in end-user training for various business systems
• Knowledge and skill transfer to new members of the data management team
• Carry out system testing/user acceptance testing and document testing results
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
• Deliver new assignments related to data management outside of the purchase order systems

• SAP PO maintenance
• Supply Chain Management System PO data maintenance
• Supply Chain Management System Master data maintenance
