Data Management Analyst - Sales

Responsibilities: 

• Work collaboratively with management and end users to gather requirements and specifications for data, report requirements and dashboard reporting. 

• Develop actionable analytics and present data visualization solutions for valuable business insights including dashboard reports from relational databases and other various data sources. 

• Deploy data results that are accurate, congruent and reliable, ensuring information is easily accessible to users for direct consumption or integration. 

• Use a proactive approach to collect, analyze and problem-solve 

Qualifications:  

• 2-3 years of relevant experience using data warehouse, data analytics and reporting tools for business purposes with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and present results effectively. 

• Extensive knowledge and experience using Power BI Pro to develop visually compelling analytics and reports, dashboards, KPI’s utilizing best practices 

• Strong knowledge and experience with Tableau. Advanced PowerBI knowledge and experience 

• High level of demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, connections to external data sources, pivot tables, charts, and slicers 

• Ability to work with business stakeholders to define requirements 

• Ability to sift through data and develop accurate models to identify inconsistencies, trends and to ensure accurate reporting. 

• Comfortable exploring and analyzing unfamiliar datasets, both structured and unstructured 

• Background in Business or Finance a plus
