Data Management Associate - Insights

OVERVIEW

The Insights product is a new offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide range of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e., private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals.  Visit Insights team biographies at https://www.guidepoint.com/insights/#team.

Location - Mumbai - BKC - Hybrid

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Collect company information and financial data from various online sources and databases
• Synthesize information into concise text and visual presentation for an institutional investor audience
• Catalog and organize content appropriately across hundreds of industries
• Quickly prepare compelling and succinct marketing emails that drive increased client engagement
• Deliver written marketing material that is accurate, professional, and tailored to investment industry clients

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• At least 2 years of experience in a data management role in a capital market or financial services company
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Interest in investments, finance, markets, and/or banking is a plus
• Current work samples to provide upon request
