4M is currently looking for a Data Management Coordinator (DMC) for our NASA program in Huntsville, AL.
Description:
The Data Management Coordinator Prepares for flight/increment operations by reviewing data/video and imagery requirements, completing flight/increment specific training, and ensuring that flight products (documentation and console tools) are ready to support flight operations. The DMC works the Console which operates 24/7/365, so this position works a shift rotation.

Responsibilities:
- Support Increment Specific MEP
- Maintain DMC portion of PLST Open Work Tracking Logs (OWTL)
- Reviews ECRs, CEFs, OCRs etc. for all payloads and planning constraints for the specific increment
- Ops Overview, ECR Readiness Review
- Flight specific FOR reviews
- Incorporate lessons learned from previous increments
- Participates in all timeline reviews held by the STP room
- Attends the weekly WPR meeting
- Review the self-studies for each payload
- process Payload Video Dub requests
- Other duties as requested or assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM and one or more years of experience
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Proficient with MS Office suite
