Data Management Specialist

Pereview Software is seeking a Data Management Specialist, you will play a key part in operations by facilitating and enhancing the transformational flow of accounting and leasing data on behalf of our external clients and internal team members. You'll be actively engaged with improving the lives of our real estate and financial services clientele while achieving a common baseline of standardized data formats for efficient uploading to our Pereview Software application.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Seeking a person capable of managing multiple workbooks and reports in all sizes, shapes and formats.

Responsibilities:

• A gatekeeper of data governance procedures and enforcer of protocol adherence.
• An individual with a keen eye and meticulous attention to detail.
• An excellent communicator to internal team members and external client users with the ability to clearly express requirements.
• A master of fixing data issues and financial inconsistencies with an affinity for problem solving.
• Ability to monitor data submission schedules.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A willing learner of all things in the world of data management and a contributor to the success of an implementation project.

Requirements

• Strong financial analytical skills.
• Experience with reviewing standard financial statements of an accounting nature (Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, etc.).
• Experience in Real Estate and Fund & Asset Management or Accounting with exposure to accounting platforms (ex. Yardi, MRI, Timberline, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with VBA a plus.
• Experience writing SQL a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong inter-personal skills.
• Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or on a team.
• A strong sense of urgency about solving problems, meeting deadlines, and achieving critical goals.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science (preferred).
