Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will oversee and lead a team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the local Data Management team. This includes managing qualification, the launch of assessed customers, and IQ-related tasks, ensuring high-quality data delivery, adherence to defined processes and best practices, and responding to escalations and queries from internal and external customers. You will allocate daily tasks, plan resources, and coach team members to achieve individual, team, and company objectives defined by SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, you will facilitate training needs and ensure team integration and positive morale. Your role will actively contribute to recruitment, training, and project initiatives to improve processes aligned with EcoVadis innovation strategies.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the local Data Management team.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Ensure high quality of delivered data and adherence to defined processes and best practices.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to escalations, data, and queries from internal and external customers.
  • Task Allocation and Coaching: Allocate daily tasks, plan resources, and coach team members.
  • Achieve Objectives: Ensure individual, team, and company objectives (defined SLAs and KPIs) are met.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and follow up to ensure expertise development.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, promote a positive attitude, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Recruitment and Integration: Participate in recruitment, training, and coaching of newcomers to ensure smooth integration.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in and promote collaboration on initiatives and projects to improve existing processes or develop new ones in line with EcoVadis innovation strategies.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional responsibilities related to the function as required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a Business-related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, with experience in managing a team or training team members preferred.
  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be fluent in English and French; proficiency in additional languages appreciated. Experience in data research, data entry, or data management is advantageous.
  • Understanding of businesses, processes, and organizational structure. Previous project/process management experience preferred. Ability to multitask, coordinate, and prioritize duties and tasks. Excellent organizational and presentation skills, autonomous and self-driven. Must be a "people person" and a connector, seen as an ambassador to other departments.
