Data Measurement & Reporting Sr Manager (Visual Analytics & Presentation) - Remote

The Data Measurement & Reporting Sr. Manager will be responsible for the creative design, development, and deployment of world-class interactive data visualizations. Acting as the primary interface between requesting teams and the VA+P, the Sr. Manager will lead the decomposition of requirements into visually stunning and technically achievable solutions using Tableau and Alteryx. These solutions will be presented through the Evernorth Visualization Gallery as part of a collection of customer facing content reaching thousands of users across the healthcare spectrum. The Sr. Manager will lead the VA+P on a daily basis, including (but not limited to) the following:

• Customer engagement
• Creative design and initial mockup approvals
• Data exploration & preparation requirements
• Technical design & documentation
• Product development & deployment
• Categorization in the Evernorth/Forsyth Visualization Gallery
• UI/UX functionality design and implementation
• Technical troubleshooting
• Assigning workloads and assignment tasks to ensure on-time delivery
• Other managerial tasks as required

The Sr. Manager will also provide creative thought leadership in partnership with the organization Director and Managing Director in the further development of the Visualization Gallery throughout its evolution as the premier product for first to market analytical solutions.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 117,900 - 196,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
