DataĀ Migration Manager- Job Description
We are seeking aĀ data migration managerĀ to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for overseeing the transfer of our clients' data from their previous platforms to ours. This is a complex process that involves coordinating with everyone involved, obtaining necessary data files, verifying their accuracy, selecting a suitable date for migration, and ultimately, pressing the red button.
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent English level.Ā You will be interacting with clients, CRM, and payment system representatives on a regular basis, so it is essential that you have impeccable written and spoken English.
- Technical proficiency.Ā While you don't need to be a programmer, you should be comfortable working with standard software packages.
- Management experience.Ā You should have a solid understanding of how to organize and oversee complex projects without losing track of any critical details.
- Attention to detail:Ā We all make mistakes, forget things, or fail to follow instructions. It's important to be able to spot errors and avoid making them yourself.
- Energy:Ā To succeed, you need to be proactive and have a high level of energy.
Given the importance of following strict guidelines and agreements in this role, it is essential that candidates have strong organizational skills and are committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Important Notes:
- Your working hours will be fromĀ 9 am to 6 pmĀ Eastern time zone. This schedule is necessary to work effectively with our international development team and customers in the US.
