The role:
Data Migration Manager
The Data Migration Manager will be part of the Medical Data and Analytics Function and will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of the migration of master and transactional data into TE's medical EPR Systems (Validated and production environments) using TE's DTO methodology.

Responsibilities:
- Manager all data migration activities across ERP projects in the Medical Business Unit
- Manage all data migration activities during each project load Cycle (Testing cycles and Production Cutover) for all Medical ERP projects
- Work with the individual project management and business teams to define the data migration scope for each project
- Create the detailed data migration plan for each load cycle and manage to the plan for each project
- Coordinate with business teams to complete data cleansing, standardization, and rationalization of legacy data
- Report on all data migration activities weekly for each project
- Generate key deliverables such as a Parts Driver Criteria Document, Data Migration Policy (e.g. data migration plan), and Data Migration Protocols and ensure these documents are updated after each project load cycle
- Ensure all data Migration pre-reqs are completed prior to commencing any data migration activities for each project
- Responsible for the generation and communication of daily metrics during each project load cycle
- Responsible for managing daily meetings with technical team during each project load cycle
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with data migration activities for all projects
- Responsible for putting in place key reports to monitor additions to the part driver during the lifetime of each project
- Single point of contact for communication on data migration activities to the relevant PMO and Key stakeholders during each project load cycle
- 10-20% travel may be required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing data delivery teams through all phases of the project lifecycle
- Minimum 3-years' experience with data migration in SAP/Epicor environments
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks against set deadlines
- Proactive, Delivery Focused and Resilient
- Team player, responsive, organized, and detailed oriented
- Experience working in an FDA regulated environment is preferred
