Recreational Dealer Services is looking for a dynamic and professional Data Migration Specialist to join our growing team!

Who are our Data Migration Specialists?

The Data Migration Specialist is responsible for the successful extraction of customer data from a dealers' current dealer management system (DMS). After extraction the data needs to be cleaned and loaded onto the dealers' ZiiDMS dealer operating system. The Migration Specialist works closely with ZiiDMS customers to determine data migration needs and how to extract data from their current DMS/POS system. As a secondary responsibility, the Data Migration Specialist is responsible for creation of sales and F&I forms within the software platform. Forms responsibilities will involve uploading and mapping data to forms used within ZiiDMS for the purpose of selling and financing sold units.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete data extraction, preparation and migration during the implementation process.
• Follow up with customers to ensure DMS usage as well as provide additional customer assistance.
• Successful execution of the new customer implementation plan
• Accurately and consistently document all customer contacts, issues and concerns within Salesforce.
• Working on multiple dealer implementation projects simultaneously
• Forms collection, programming and testing - forms related to F&I e.g. Retail/Lease contracts Title/State forms, product forms (service contracts, aftermarket products).

Position Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and be flexible while proactively managing multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through/follow-up.
• A self starter with an entrepreneurial approach who is able to work independently to achieve results.
• Engaged listener able to determine customer needs and work towards resolutions that drive customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate solutions effectively to decision makers.
• Knowledge of website and marketing best practices are a plus.

Position Requirements:

• 2 - 4 Years experience in data structure and data migration
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office product knowledge.
• Ability to work in a professional environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to use the latest technology to engage.
• Positive, friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and be flexible.
• Dealership knowledge a plus
• Schedule flexibility - late nights and weekend hours will be required
