Then you should join our Service Delivery Excellence team that supports Thomson Reuters customers and Legal Professional Services team and work closely alongside our professional services delivery teams with our Project Managers, Data Migration Consultants, Application Consultants, Technical Consultants and Technical Leads in all disciplines to define and continuously refine the best practice approach to delivering quality services for our customers.

About the Role

As a Data Migration Standards Manager role in Service Delivery Excellence team, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting Best Practices for data migration and consulting aspect of our Thomson Reuters products. You will use your professional services expertise in data migration to provide recommendations on improvements to the data migration process and technology as well as documenting best practices in implementation methodology and day to day task completion for the billable consultants on the Delivery Teams.

Essential day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Work with the Delivery Teams in the field to identify Best Practices and areas of improvement in the LPS Implementation Methodologies
  • Work with Service Delivery Excellent team members to identify ways to decrease implementation times with either revised methodologies or enhanced tooling
  • Work with Product Management on product enhancements which lead to increased customer satisfaction by decreasing implementation time and increasing feature functionality
  • Participate in produce launch cycle to ensure required project documentation (e.g. Data Migration Specifications, Training Strategy, Documentation) is up to date and available to delivery teams as new product versions are available
  • Work with the Educations Services team to ensure training is available that covers consulting how to and best practices
  • Support Rapid Response team as necessary to cover customer-specific escalations
  • Work as part of a remote team and contribute to the learning and development of team members and participate in team and internal initiatives and projects
  • Continually seek and capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Periodic weekend work required


About You

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of client and employee organization
  • Ability to work in an environment of change and uncertainty with sound judgment under pressure
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and diverse range of projects and activities
  • Client-facing consultancy experience
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal management supervision, which requires excellent organizational skills, time management skills, self-motivation and a willingness to accept ownership and responsibility for assigned projects
  • Legal industry experience, and/or consulting experience in similar industry are preferred
  • High level of experience with 3E and data migration is required


Qualifications/Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8 years' experience in the following areas: legal industry, consulting and data migration
