Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Data Management Services Analyst. You will support the collection, cleansing and analysis of the advisor information that is used by Broadridge Sales Analytics and Market Analytics products. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the organization's SME (Subject Matter Expert) for an assigned set of large investment managers. Understand how these investment managers report the transaction and asset information for our clients' mutual funds and ETFs.
• Maintain an understanding of the source systems and reference data that provide advisor, asset and transaction information.
• Interpret trends in the data and asset management industry. Work with stakeholders to help them understand the data dynamics.
• Work across functional teams to identify and resolve data issues. Apply critical thinking to quickly resolve issues.
• Identify and define data quality improvements.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Basic fluency in SQL or knowledge of relational databases a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
• Demonstrate interest in core business problems and challenges unique to the asset management industry.
